Established in 2010, Roshan Group is a real estate project designer and developer with an environment focus. It is one of the few firms in the country today that follows sustainable development and eco-friendly practices. In a time where environment-friendly measures are becoming increasingly necessary, Roshan Group sustainable real estate development is the ideal solution for truly holistic growth. Our History Roshan Group was founded in the year 2010 by Mr. Latafat Raza. The company soon diversified its operations into development of commercial spaces and holiday homes in addition to residential projects. It has grown significantly over the years as an environment-focused construction and real estate developer, and has carved a reputation for delivering high-quality, eco-friendly developments on time. It is known for its superior quality and business practices. The company has successfully delivered over 60,000 sq. ft. of residential & commercial spaces.. Currently, it also has over 1,70,000 sq. ft. of area under development.

Roshan Group Constructions started its operations in the year 2010 and over the years. We have been a firm believer in delivering excellence to our customers and developing infrastructure that keeps the people and the environment safe and secure. Right from the inception, I along with my team ensure that we deliver just that. But, as a responsible corporate, our commitment to the nation goes beyond just developing the best infrastructure. Our belief in sustainable development drives us to develop residential and commercial spaces that are built for the future. We do not just build the four walls of a house or office; we go the extra mile to create positive, healthy environment across all our projects and provide value-for-money for our customers. We focus on adapting to the change in lifestyle of the Indian customer and develop affordable living spaces across all categories that cater to the needs of all our customers. The entire Roshan Group family and I are dedicated to this cause, and will continue to work hard to develop sustainable community living. We have successfully delivered several projects to our customers’ satisfaction and many more are underway.
